Pack Your Products
Carefully place the items in their original box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly secured to prevent leaks during transit.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
